Synopsis

On the coast of southern Sardinia, an elderly shepherd refuses to sell his family’s land to a developer who wants to build a luxury resort. As the offers become more tempting and pressure from the community grows, his daughter finds herself caught between loyalty to her roots and the promise of a better future. Inspired by a true story, Life Is Life is a warm and sometimes humorous look at a community divided over what its future should be.
